Comparing monitors

Long story short, I'm looking for a 240hz monitor.

options are:

Asus XG258Q

Acer XF250Q

 

Both support freesync but Asus is supported by Gsync and the Acer monitor is unclear.

Price wise, the Acer monitor cost about half as much as the Asus, so I'm curious to know what are the major differences

 

I could not find many reviews for the Acer monitor

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
