CPU Fan Question

Hello, I was wondering do any cpu fans fit cpu's, as I am curious how to add a fan to my cpu. I have (2) L5240 cpus in my pc using the stock coolers, which do not have fans. Also I am wondering how do I know if I can add a case fan, as I only have the stock one in the front of the case.

OKay I have seen this in a couple of videos, I even thin Linus has done this a couple of times. Now how do I know that I will have a power source for them, that was more of my main concern.

there should be a 3/4 pin fan connector

or you can use sata/molex to 4 pin
