Display Not Detected

Hello! I have a ASUS PG348Q and 2 Samsung displays, when ever i turned on my PC the middle display (asus one) would not show up, not for the BIOS screen, or in widows, i used to just unplug and plug back in, but now it wont show up at all. i have tried using a different DP cable, reinstalling graphics drivers, and nothing, i need help!
