Mouse input issues after purchasing headset

T0xiC4n

So I have a Roccat Kone xtd mouse, it always worked fine

until i got a sennheiser GSP 350 headset and after each restart or after leaving the pc on for a long period of time, mouse stops giving input until I manually disconnect and connect it from PC

I've tried to tick off some of the "allow the computer to turn this off this device to save power" in device manager, and no results so far
USB selective suspend is OFF and high performance power plan is ON

OS: Windows 10

edit: just confirmed, cursor also disappears when mouse borks

Hello, thank you for your reply. I've already tried that and have even contacted support from Roccat but they are yet to offer me a solution. So that's another dead-end.

I suspect driver crashing when another starts? I'm not exactly sure.

Awaiting more suggestions :(

It's a minor inconvenience but having to do it over and over gets old very fast.
