So I already have a topic on this, but it's from last month. I've tried almost everything except for a complete wipe of my data or returning parts. And I need your help deciding what parts to return.

So my main issue is Random reboots/black screens. I first thought it was GPU, but then I tested a different GPU in the same slot and it still occurred. Speaking of slots, the PCIe 2 & 3 slots done seem to work.

My voltages should be fine for the card and everything. Enough (650W) and the correct connectors.

I ran Memtest86+ after I decided I'd try my RAM as well, and encountered many errors. But only with specific settings. 

      A) One stick runs fine, I've read this means nothing bc every RAM stick will run ok by itself

      B) At default settings (2133Mhz instead of advertised 3000Mhz) I don't get errors

      C) At D.O.C.P (Which is pretty much XMP but through ASUS boards for AMD CPUs)  3000Mhz (Rated speeds) I get errors.

So I don't know if I should return the Mobo since it seems to have issues and hope it resolves my RAM problems with the Black screens, or return my RAM and hope the Mobo problems resolve with the Black screens.

Details: 

RAM RGB stays on whenever it crashes.

When it crashes, the GPU turns off (But I've had it where it turns its lights off but keeps fans running) 

I've had one reboot, and multiple times when it black screens.

All random occurrences. 

I'm currently running at stock speeds on everything, I reset my oc software and my BIOS to default, and it seems like it's going ok. No crashes for a few hours.

Not all memory will "just work" with Ryzen at XMP speeds.

Pretty sure this is on the QVL list... The Corsair Vengeance (NONpro) is... I read somewhere that the kind I have works... Is XMP support different than the QVL list? Can I run it at 3000Mhz non-XMP and be good?

XMP is overclocking and not guaranteed to work AFAIK.

Interesting. Can I still get the most out of my ram? Can I still use it to 3000Mhz??

Also, would RAM affect the mobo? Like would some things not work on my Mobo if the RAM was unstable?

Unstable RAM will make all kinds of things not work right.

 

Try 3000 on the RAM, but set all of the timings except command rate two steps slower (larger numbers are slower) and test again.

So here's what I'm looking at. I looked up my stick's timings and input them in the first few things... one thing that confused me was that my sticks are rated for "15-17-17-35" but there were 3 spaces between 15 and 35... not 2. 

Also, there's like 50 spaces to input numbers after, and I have no idea what they do. Do you?

Those are timings for accessing the modules, delays required for each memory operation.

 

If the stock timings are 15-17-17-35, put in 16-18-18-38.  Ryzen does NOT like odd number timings on those first three.

Kinda annoying the sticks don't just work at advertised speeds, but I guess it's not too much more time. 

Also, I just ran my pc for my entire school day, 7 hrs, with the SATA cables unplugged (To test for software problems). It was on the uneven speeds and didn't crash. I will change them even tho since I wanna be safe.

UPDATE: After @KarathKasun's suggestion I was able to keep my computer running for a while without crashing. Thank you very much! I'm guessing it's fixed. I'll update Y'all if not.

Sad to say I've encountered the issue again after 4-5 days of use. Within that time, I had no issues. Is there any info you guys would like? I saw that I got a "Power Kernel error" in Windows Event Viewer. Also, my DRAM voltage auto-ed to 1.2volts so I bumped it to 1.35.
