I think LTT does not put enough emphasis on how much this card sucks. Stop staying polite and say it out loud: YOUR CARD FUCKING SUCKS. WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS, NVIDIA? (bleeps are ok, still get the message across) Polite words won't be enough anymore. You need to put the outrage out there. The title is most probably sarcasm (at the time of writing "THANK YOU NVIDIA!! RTX 4060Ti Review") but some people would only see the title and thumbnail and might think of a positive review. I know there are references to other cards being better investments at the end... but still, I stand by my point that there is a HUGE lack of dunking on nvdia.
 
Also linus's face in the thumbnail reminds me of the Jebaited emote from Twitch. I doubt that was intentional.

Obviously I failed.

As a complete Linux n00b but also wanting to learn more, I'd be interested in this kind of content. I'm in the same sort of privacy boat as Logan and Wendell and I'm skeptical about Cortana in Windows 10. Therefore, I want the knowledge for if/when I want to switch over to Linux.

I'm currently rocking an ASRock board and loving it.

I actually own said Dell monitor. I love the thing and the only thing I would change about it is adding ______-sync and making it 1440p or 4k. The pixel density of even 24" 1440p would be killer IMO.

When I played LoL (don't anymore because I got kinda fed up at the latency) I wanted to do a GPU swap and played it just fine on max at 60 FPS with my OC'ed 4690K. It really is not demanding lol.

At this moment I have 4.9 GB of RAM free with 8 GB installed. Granted, I have 8 Chrome tabs open as well as afterburner and a game launcher, but for peace of mind I'd still roll with 8 on any system.

The 970 crushes 1440p. You won't ever use over 4 GB of VRAM. The only time I've seen a need for it is in the ultra-wide setup that Linus did a little while back.

Lol you think you lost the silicon lottery? My G1 instantly crashes at 1500. I have it at 1430.
 
Edit: It still runs everything fine, but it's annoying to see everyone easily hitting 1500.

The thing is, many small municipalities are trying to make their own fiber network, but ISP's are throwing their weight around to try and often succeed in shutting down these effort.
What REALLY gets to me though is that these ISP's are unwilling to invest in infrastructure due to financial risk, even though THE 1996 TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT "PAID" FOR SAID INFRASTRUCTURE. (Sorry, rant over)

yeah those enthoo cases are pretty big. My primo is a monster and weighs 62 pounds with everything in it. diggin the cables and I'll have to get some sleeved ones for my rig after christmas. Couldn't you run the cables through the lower grommets? It would probably look even cleaner if they didn't have to go over the 24pin before running into the back.
