The Cooler Master one that Linus had in his pre-roll looked all right.
    They've got a butt-ton of different ones: http://bit.ly/1C9G69N

EDIT: It looks like it won't be linked to for reason. It easy to find on their website though.

Cooler Master makes pretty good Laptop coolers.

Some of the ones they offer have movable fans so that you can point the fans where your laptop gets hotter or needs more air flow. (Notepal U2)

It has good reviews I just don't personally use a cooling pad for the laptop I use

    Hello,

Here is a fix for the issue:

    Avonien, on 17 Mar 2015 - 07:56 AM, said:
To add to this last message, the problems include: Trouble with USB-, Bluetooth- and integrated mouse/keyboard - Crackling audio, stuttering/lagging video when moving mouse cursor, fps lag in high load applications and overall loss of performance. If have been experiencing any of these problems after the 28.2.2015 or 10.3.2015 update I suggest you to try the temporary fix since these issues are mosty likely cause by these updates and the fix has worked for these issues on all of the units tested. (1000s of units)

Yes, green is the universal code for front channels or stereo channels. Problem is you wanna plug 2 plugs to 1 jack (assuming you don't want to use the front panel jack), right?

Does it matter? Of course it matters. Unless your onboard can 'copy' stereo channels to all color jacks.

Most people use 'line out' for active speakers, 'front channels' for headphone/set. Or use a splitter cable.

I'd get one if you are willing to pay for one. It's a really nice thing to have and adds a bit to your audio experience.

if you want different sounds then invest in multiple headphones before you go into a dac
an open back a closed backed ("monito"r)  a boomy bassy one .... these headphones will give you enough variety and changes in sounds that would greatly outscale any insignificant if any audible differences of getting a dac

I eventually scrambled together what o-rings i could find
and put some on my keyboard with red mx cherry switches.
Definitely preferred oring over non oring, less travel distance
was nice. And depending on how stiff/hard your o-rings are
they could make the touchdown less straining.

Although o-rings might not be very favorable on a keyboard
with clicky tactile or tactile feedback, as you might end up
instantly crashing into the o-ring nearly at the same time as
passing the tactile point depending on how thick the o-ring are.

    makes blue switches cleaner sounding
makes red switches HILARIOUSLY quiet for a mechanical switch. also shortens distance to bottom out, stifles any noise when bottoming out and smoothes out how it feels when you do bottom out.

If you want them to be quite and have a shorter travel distance then yes. Will help with response time.

I thought you were living in America   Just forget it haha. I wanted to buy monoprice cables as well, but the international shipping cost is ridiculous. So... i ended up making my custom cables becase i didn't like anything else.

It will probably sound exaclty the same. However crappy connectors might break or have a loose/tight connection etc. If it fits, it's good
    The sound will not change.
So... all you need is the 2xRCAs to 3.5mm jack and you're good   (this)
It's better to use cables instead of adaptors IMO. I've had adapters that broke or it wasn't good in general, but a cable is 95% ok.
You can get a more expensive cable, but don't expect to change the audio quality. It's just going to be more sturdy, with better build quality.
Also, check out these.  Monoprice has EXCELLENT cables for the price.

Oh wait... it was Line in? I thought the other port (at the front) was the headphone port...

Use the Line In port... there's no difference but line in is the primary signal source...

With  models like this, it usually mutes the audio from the line in port if you plug in something to the aux in port, allowing you to use 2 signal sources without having to unplug your primary....

I looked it up in creative's website and it comes with a  2x RCA female to Stereo 3.5mm male adapter... You can use that + the 2x RCA cables to connect it to your DAC... or use option 2 (2x RCA Male to 3.5mm stereo male cable) for a more elegant-looking solution...

I personally use the 2x RCA Male to 3.5mm stereo male cable to connect my Sony Component system to my PC's audio output...

Oh yes, there is a difference. The one will work and the other wont
You need the second one. (Male Stereo To Male RCA Audio)
(You can use the 1st one, but you'll need an adaptor and you will use only the 4 out of 6 cables)
So get the second one or use an adapter like this one IF you already have the dual RCAs.

Use these (aka option 2) and plug them in to the Aux In of your speakers...

My experience with a xonar sound card:
I bought the DGX (which is the cheapest) but the reviews were pretty good and some people say "Just get a xonar sound card. Even the cheapest will improve your audio quality". Of course, i didn't know about audio at that time and i thought there was a big improvement because i was hearing something different and it was louder. After spending some time with my new speakers and the Xonar i was starting to pick up some problems with my audio. For some reason i've never  did an A/B test between the xonar and the on-board sound card because i thought it was better (placebo effect). I mean, how can a dedicaded sound card sound worse than the "crappy" on-board? After doing some research i discovered that PCI sound cards are not that good, so i decided an A/B test (after 4/6 months of use).
I was surpized when i realised that the on-board sound card was more neutral/natural sounding. Also the on-board was less hissy(if that's a word), and it doesn't cause distortion at high volumes, unlike the Xonar.
That was my experience with a 4.1/5 stars product. I bet many people also think that it sounds better, because it sounds differently. So that "get a xonar" is not always a good option.
(of course now i use the on-board sound card)

I don't recommend a DAC. You already have a great DAC with your on-board. The only reason to buy a DAC is if your on-board sound card makes a lot of noise.
Also if you buy a DAC you will need an amp too. (for the headphones ,passive speakers or weak active speakers)  If you just plug the headphone to the DAC, the volume will be very low.
If you are willing to pay more than 200$ for a dac and an amp, you might notice an improvement. If your budget is 50$ and you want to change the DAC, then you are going to downgrade your audio setup.
And btw, just like Greenytica said, the irDAC is probably a great DAC. However, it's just doesn't make sence for your audio gear. You want to buy the HyperX coulds 2, which already have a crappy USB sound card but you still want to buy a 3rd DAC? In my opinion, you should forget your idea of "improving sound quality" because your are going to spend money for something you don't need and you will probably downgrade your sound quality.
IF you had 400$+ headphones you can buy a 100$+ DAC and a 150$+ amp. If you had 350$+ speakers you could buy a 100$+ DAC. IF you had 500$+ audio equipment you could buy the irDAC....... but you have nothing similar. Your not even close to justify the small audio improvement that a DAC or amp will give you.

That really, really depends on budget and what you want it to do. Do you want it to output RCA's to a receiver, output to a headphone jack with a built in amp?

personally I'm a big fan of Arcam gear, like the little rPAC - http://www.arcam.co.uk/products,rSeries,USB-DACs,rpac.htm and irDAC - http://www.arcam.co.uk/products,rSeries,USB-DACs,irdac.htm

But there are piles of them around, and I'm sure there are some good audiophiles around here who know better than I do. Just check as many reviews as you can be bothered with.

if the a2 is large then creative is the only one.

for context what is actually large, and those at the end aren't that big as speakers go either. the most left ones are the a2's.
