That pc is probably around the power level of a ps4, maybe a little bit more powerful. For me it would depend on what my friends played. If your friends play ps4 I'd keep it. But pc has a great many more perks than a console has such as unlocked framerates, free online play and more accurate controls (not to mention that it is also a computer with which to do computer things such as school/work, browsing web etc.)

GTA5 is cool, but it´s just a better looking Version of any GTA.
Witcher 3 on the other Hand is one of the best Games of the last 10 Years.

Technically at some point TN will be phased out.  IPS will be the bottom of the barrel, and then some new display type will be the top, or it will just be OLED.  And one day terabyte SSD's and 2tb SSD's will likely be equal in price to WD Black drives.  But they probably won't be equal in price for 4tb and higher--they'll need high cost controllers, and more ecc ram.

By the title of this article you can imagine what TecLab have done some mad things.
 
This time, they prepared a expensive Titan X for Maximum overclocking, modifying it totally, thats mandatory in order to break the limits of overclocking on this card.
 
The problem is doing this anything can happen, and in this case, it did.
 
Acording with the overclockers Ronaldo "rbuass", Overclocking champion, and his partner, Jacson "bros", the board literly catch fire after the modifications.

They are very rare the professionals who do this level of modifications to a card, not everybody can do a zombie like that, but doing the prosthesis its something even beyond in the TecLabs history.

Almost right, however I will like to correct something. SMT is not the fix to memory stalls. Instead things like branch prediction, prefetch and OoO-execution is to keep the core stall-free.
SMT basically lets two threads run simultaneously on a single core.

The i7 5960X has 16 threads and 8 cores.
 
On rendering times it's almost twice as fast.

We take the core I7 5960x as the base performance (100%)
A 4790k got halve the cores which means half the performance (50%)
There is also a clockspeed difference of 1GHz (which is 33% more than the core i7 5960x, however performance does not scale perfectly with frequency so we take 20%).
So the core i7 4790k performance is now 60%
Hyper-threading could potentially increase the performance by 20% (72%)
So a mere 38% off

You also have to add the hyperthreading of the X chip which is 20% (according to your approximation), so its 58%. But hyperthreading is actually more than 20% so i'd say close to 70% difference in threaded applications (without overclocking).
