I had to do the same with my H105, because first it didn't fit properly. And now I've temps at idle of like 22°C. Often it's fine, just check temperatures and if they're to high, you can still replace the thermal paste.

Ideally you replace it everytime when you remove the block to ensure no air pockets in the thermal paste but it's ok to run it temporarily until you get new thermal paste.

Remember to build the PC before putting it in the case and make sure it posts!
 
Also, dont touch metalic parts on the different PCBs, use a magnetic screwdriver, read the mobo's manual if you have any doubts and have fun.
 
YOu MUST end up with a little cut on a finger the first time you build a PC, its a ritual.

Nah basically just blurry. Most console games for ps3 and 360 are not 1080p. Some are even less than 720p. They sometimes use some post processing to make the upscaling look better, but most console games try to squeeze more effects than a better looking native res. 
It really annoys me when something runs at 30 fps and not even stably at 30 fps. Anything under 30 is not playable. If they ran at 60 and dipped it would be fine. Otherwise if it is 30 it better never dip.  

so what im getting from this is there is no difference but since im online gaming and not searching for stuff on my network the real dns servers would be better
