What tools/machinery can you access? Do you have any local car scrap/junk yards? Do you have any friends/family who can help and has access to any of these I mentioned before?
 
Finding a turbo is preaty easy in junk/scrap yards to build a turbo-"jet" engine. You can build a candle powered "steam" engine. You can try to build a electric "rotor-motor".
How about building a "cat-peat/litter" powered rocket while making the engine yourself and buying one and comparing them head to head or maybe a chemical/pressure powered rocket? Build a telescope with tin foil and stuff like that? "Smart" arduino/anyother bedroom witch closes opens your window shutters? Maybe build a laser from CD readers? Maybe a strong-long range light ( theres one in the forum)

Just get a cheap computer and put it under mineral oil. Done.

Because Raijintek probably expects you to mount all the drives you can fit on the bottom and also it allows you to clench all the cables on the bottom , but this engineering doesnt apply to @MetallicAcid
 
I wanted to buy this case so much , and still do , if this build impresses me , you can officialy state to Raijintek that you sold a case with your amazing work !

My idea would be to dremel out the front panel sides (Inspiration:Fractal Define r5/H440) in a \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ pattern or make a big hole ( will be ugly probably ) and then cut out a mount for a 140mm or 120mm fans and even ,if possible, even 2 fans of the fitable size..
 
Mod the 5'5 bay to fit your storage to make ample space for your fans/radiators or make the 5'5 empty to fit all the cables (i've done that in a core 1000 , just showed all the cables there to reduce lenght ) and mount the storage either on the panel or on the bottom.
 
For cable managment theres still a bit of room so i would recomend to cut out a small hole to route your motherboard 8 pin.

I would go for chieftec HDD bay , but it depends where and how you plan to mount it
