depends on your buget & your main tasks,  usually a regular grade pc is an i3 or fx 6 core with minimum of 4 gigs of ram & an entry level gpu like 950/960 r9 285 & your preferred storage with combination of ssd as a main boot drive

But on Subject , tell her clearly how you feel , just don't say outright you don't like her & just leave or stop talking to her it'll make the situation real awkward, explain to her in a bit detail (come up with some reason that you're not interested & rehearse that shit before you say it) all they need is explanation that's all & they follow what you say..
