reset monitor to factory settings or driver issues, but taken that it's an ultrawide monitor i think it's trying to fit into the skewed ratio & you're kinda trapped

Do you have all your drivers. If not install the video drivers or fix them. If that doesn't work go into your monitor settings and change the screen format. If that doesn't work reset it. If that doesn't work then your screen is probably not compatible.
