Like i said, i will mostly use the laptop screen as a 2nd monitor cause I have a 24inch 144hz fhd so i don't really care.

More cores and a better ipc
If your limited by these options a 9300h with a gpu with a bigger frame buffer is always better

Theoretically you can't really "hack" your own stuff since you can just put in your password and get to it anyway.
I guess so long as you respect the privacy of the other people on your private network, and that it is your private network and not a school or residential complex network, then I can't imagine that you'd have any problems.
Besides that, even if it wasn't legal, who would know: You're hacking yourself. What are you gonna do, call the feds on yourself?

It's got upgraded caps and filtering and actually meets 80+ bronze specification. For 5$ more - it pushes the platfrom from "don't waste money on" to "it's fine for lower end systems"

Yes, but ideally replace your PSU with something a bit higher quality at your earliest convenience (and also tell the friend he is a slight dum dum)

Most lga1150 mainboards only have a 4pin connector because they're not meant to be used for oc/K-cpus. Your mainboard is meant for oc and K-cpus, therefore it has 8pins. Your cpu doesn't allow (much) overclocking so a 4pin connection will be sufficient.
