Simple fix. Take a sewing needly and lift the plastic arm that holds the contact in place, move over one space, fixed. Make sure you move them so that the positive is in the middle so you can place it and not block the power button pins.

The Front IO isn't fully standardized with the placement of the pins since some have the PW LED spaced out in the middle with an empty slot. It doesn't make a difference if you leave it unplugged, if you want it you can re-pin it so the pins are right beside each other in the connector or use an adapter which some provide.

Well, due that amount of rad space doesn't really matter what fans he is using, he can just keep then in lowest possible rpm and they will be just quiet as noctua fans.

Sorry about the waiting time peeps. I had some work to do. But now i placed everything and made atestfit. Now do not mind the crazy tube bends. I had to do it like this since i am still waiting for the 45 and 90 degree fittings. EK apparently have a hard time producing them fast enough. With everything fit and set up i must say the D5 pump really shines with its raw power. I have to turn it all the way down to avoid vortex in the res and too much noise. Now for temperatures. I ran prime 95 and msi kombuster for 20 min each. The GPU never ran above 31 degrees and the CPU 47 degrees. Very happy with temps and the fans are mad silent! Lets see what happens when all is done and i throw a decent overclock at it.
 
For the painting i see that the black powdercoat it a win. So i contacted the local shop and they agree to do it fairly cheap when they got the time. So i pretty much have to wait for that to happen. But no rush. Means i got a lot more time in hand to make all the finishes.
 
Last but not least i want to thank you all for the nice words and help on the forum threat and private PM. I never felt so welcome in a forum before. You guys are the best!  B)

So here we go peeps. I finished most of the internals with motherboard tray and backplate as well drilling holes for the front radiator. Next step is test fitting and figure out where to place the res, pump, ssd's etc. personally i love the outcome so far  B)
