Instant problem with connectors

My power led has three holes while the instructions say else wise please help pictures below

 

The Front IO isn't fully standardized with the placement of the pins since some have the PW LED spaced out in the middle with an empty slot. It doesn't make a difference if you leave it unplugged, if you want it you can re-pin it so the pins are right beside each other in the connector or use an adapter which some provide.

Simple fix. Take a sewing needly and lift the plastic arm that holds the contact in place, move over one space, fixed. Make sure you move them so that the positive is in the middle so you can place it and not block the power button pins.

The center on your case connector is obviously a blank. Not all cases have the connector separate. I usually just cut it in half with sidecutters and plug them in.
