Obviously, this YouTuber doesn't trust people to vote with their wallets. Which, more often than you'd think, many people are more than capable to do so. So, how does he deal with it? Does he deal with it like a civilized person and educate his viewers about games that might possibly be bad like say TotalBiscuit? No... Instead, he denounces Steam, takes his ball and goes home. This guy is a loser in my book.
 
Sure, Steam's Greenlight and Early Access is an easily exploited service but this guy is doing nothing to fix the problem. All he can do is whine about it and hopes it'll go away. Spoiler alert: It won't. This guy doesn't seem to understand that if you want those great, hidden-gem indie titles, you have to sift through piles of coal to find them! This can be applied to any entertainment medium.
 
If people really feel the need to fix Steam, the answer is simple; vote with your wallets!

That is wrong, it grossly misrepresents how the human eye works.  It is getting tiring constantly reading the same links to the same websites.  I wish they would shut them down.

The human eye can see 1 frame if it is flashed up by itself because of vision persistence, but if you flashes up 200frames in one sec the vision persistence would not allow you to distinguish between them. 
 
I like this xbox dude, he's pretty on the money with 83,  most researchers currently agree it is about 75 or a little more with training.

It's really not close at all to them. CPU-wise, sure, but not GPU at all

TDP is pretty much just Wattage - ( number of fans x 3.6)That last bit is negligible on this scale so its fine to say it is the wattage.

148 Watts on a 70 series card is insane. If an 960 can use sub 120 watts that would be a whole new world of efficiency

No one on the planet sells DRM free digital copies of a movie worth its weight in sand. And amazon copies come with physical copies. And you're not buying the blu ray for the digital copy, you're buying it for whatever reasons you want it. I personally do it for the behind the scenes and to support the makers.

Every Arkham game has supported it, and so will Arkham Knight. Not Nvidia's fault it got delayed. Borderlands 2 supports it, and so will the PreSequal coming out soon. Witcher 3 uses it, again not Nvidia's fault it was delayed. Daylight uses it. A lot more games support Physx than people realize. It's a false assumption that nothing uses it. 
 
  But making the Nvidia card support it when a second, non-nvidia card is installed, is something Nvidia has NEVER supported. They are just stopping the people who have been modding drivers in order to bypass Nvidia's restrictions.

It's not downgraded it just has no AA which no console game has.
The game looks amazing it even has PBR which on PC right now only Star Citizen uses.(Not even Crysis 3 has PBR)

Also the video you're using is 720p...
