For nvidia shadowplay, yes! There is an AMD equivalent called AMD ReLive.
I think it also does the instant-replay thing, not sure about that.
But I am sure that it is free and it does not tax the system because it uses the hardware encoder.
 
The next big thing from Nvidia is the whole RTX story, but there are like 6 games that support it? I dunno but it's not a lot and adoption of it in games is going REALLY slow.
 
DLSS is probably dead. AMD countered that with a image sharpening filter and Nvidia basically went the same route so DLSS is being replaced by a less taxing alternative so it's basically pointless now.

Basically any MSI board with MAX in its name is a good option.
The reason why the tomahawk is such a popular board is because it does basically everything decently and isn't insanely expensive (so that includes RGB)
 
The MAX suffix in the name of the product means that it will support ryzen 3000 guaranteed right out of the box, it's like a revised version of their non-max variants and have a bigger BIOS (more megabytes to fit all the code for all the different CPU's).

The Tomahawk is considered better since it has good vrms and can support bios updating without a zen or zen+ cpu.Even better, the tomahawk max has compatibility out of the box and will support 4th gen ryzen too without problems due to its bigger bios. If you already have a 1st or 2nd gen ryzen chip, the Aorus Elite is a good choice too. I'd avoid the other too options, they're cheaply made. If you want to get x570, the lowest you should go is the Asus prime x570, surprisingly good for the price

Generally speaking you cant know for sure how good any airflow on a case is, even if it has a fully mesh front panel, the filter could be super restrictive (Lain Li PC-O11 Air for example) but you can generally make good estimates based on appearance. What you want to see is either a full/mostly mesh front panel, or large side intake vents. 
 
So for example, the Aerocool Cylon has NO vents, gaps, or anywhere airflow can enter the case (except maybe the bottom, cant tell from photos) which probably would not do good for a system beyond entry level gaming. The Segtop Legend has a pretty big bottom opening, which would be good for a single 120m fan to draw air but thats about it.
 
The Deepcool tesseract has a full mesh front panel (and actually comes with two fans instead of one) so of the three cases, this is the one I would choose even though it's the oldest of the three. 

Buy a new 7600k. Best deal on the market currently. Trust me.

Look, if you want an older i7 with tons of security issues, get that. Were telling you a six core 1600 is better. I have an i7 and I'm telling you, get a Ryzen 5

Not sure anyone would recommend an i5 build right now.

Interested in campaign only. If they can pull off what was accomplished by the early titles, I'll say it was a success. It would be even better to see them make a narrative as successful as that of Black Ops 2 (parallel storytelling, alternate endings, lots of choices), but I think BO2 will remain an outlier, with MW1/WaW being the apex of COD narrative.
 
With that said, I'm not sure if they will. It is not an easy task, especially with the COD franchise being as it is at present. WWII tried to, but didn't really get there because they couldn't decide if they wanted to be a classic COD or a modern COD. Black Ops 4 quit trying after the disaster that was Black Ops 3. I haven't played Infinite Warfare, so I'm not sure how well Infinity Ward has been doing... but the fact that they opted for a reboot of the Modern Warfare series instead of a new series does not offer much hope.
Although, having thoroughly enjoyed all Call of Duty titles up to, and including, Black Ops 2 (minus MW3) and not being a hater of WWII, I must say I would be very pleasantly surprised if Infinity Ward actually succeeds. It would be nice to see an old franchise rise back to its former glory.
