Since the CPU likely won't work. You may need to get a cheap Ryzen first or second gen process to do the bios update. Just pick one up off of amazon. Use it, then put back in the box and return it.

I am not sure if this board supports flashback. This allows the flash of the bios with nothing plugged in but a USB and power. Really handy when you do CPU upgrades.

    You could also use this:

If your motherboard has usb flashback as a feature then its a simple feat, just plug the 24pin from your power supply into your motherboard and use the USB flashback supported USB port on the motherboard. Make sure you refer to the manual here for the proper port and procedure.

If not you need a CPU that will fit and you can complete the bios flash with the older chip, Im pretty sure Ryzen will send you a temp chip to do the flash and send it back to them, but Im not totally sure, that would be something to ask their support (With proof of purchase)

You will need an old CPU. AMD provides a convenient method to update the BIOS.

If you need a CPU to perform a UEFI update, AMD will ship you one, provided you have made a valid purchase of a 3rd gen Ryzen CPU and can’t boot the motherboard due to a UEFI update issue. Send AMD a photo of your CPU (with serial numbers visible) and a copy or summary of communication with your motherboard manufacturer to indicate why support from the OEM won’t resolve the problem. AMD’s help page goes through several options that may help users fix the problem without needing a new CPU, but whether these work will depend on whether the motherboard supports features like UEFI / BIOS flashback.

What motherboard is it? As @Genwyn said depending on the motherboard it will either have a bios flash option where only the USB with the files is needed, however most will need you to use an older CPU either a 1000 or 2000 series CPU in order to boot into the bios to do the update. If you don't have one or can't get one then I suggest taking the motherboard into a computer repair/service center that can do the update for you or contacting AMD to get a boot kit.

In order to add multiple fans, your power supply should come with a couple of Fan -> Molex adapters. You plug your fans into those, and not the motherboard.

I am pretty sure OP means "computer cabinet" (as in case) not furniture. Unless LTT is really an undercover operation for big furnishings I'm gonna go with that.

It is actually, if he is using intergrated graphics, otherwise it would stutter. I own a 2200g myself. Ryzen won’t work will with slow memory

Thanks for clearing that up.  Ok your good to go.  I know the Unreal Engine well.  So what you want to do is put all your graphics settings on "medium" alto you can try high, but don't put highest or ultra.  Run the game @ 1600x900 and vsync off,  I bet you anything you will get 60fps and very very playable and things will look good too.  All the highest and ultra settings do is make hi res textures so you go close to walls or look at ground you see lots of detail, but when you step away it slowly LOBs I guess.

It can hitch or stutter here and there because of your limited RAM of only 8GB.  Also it would be smart to have a SSD, and if you don't then the game can also stutter as well.

It will run. You'd likely have to keep the settings to Low or Medium however. If you want Ultra 60fps, you'd have to get a RX 570 (140€ or 105$ from Amazon) or equivalent/better GPU

No, the ram is too slow... 2600 is the least you should get, and the faster the better the apu would work,

True NunoLava actually that Unreal Engine uses about 6.5GB RAM, total with OS included.  So there would be no stuttering.  I said may stutter, not.. it will stutter hehe.  And yes a 80 dollar SSD would be nice loading up those maps and what not.

Fortnite is not a ram-hungry game. It does not stutter for me with 8GB. Stuttered for me more with my GPU which had a limited VRAM of 2GB

A SSD is a good idea if he doesn't have one however
