  1. There is a customs union between Turkey and the EEC (EU) (has been since 1995). Germany is in the EEC and turkey is Turkey. So you can buy the Card, and just take it with you sealed up as there will be no additional taxes to pay, nor import duty. You could also just order the card from your home in Turkey from the German website and have it delivered to your house, but of course delivery will be higher.
  2. You paid $100 for an OEM license from MS? That doesn't make any sense because the retail price for a license is $130 from MS direct right now. An OEM can reactivate the license after a hardware change like this (e.g. repair), but you are not an OEM, my guess is you wanted to save a buck or two and this is where you get to by doing that. If it was the $130 license you would have no issue, and would also have direct MS support for any problems. Also physical media is done by you downloading the ISO and putting it on a USB stick, soooo just chalk it up to experience and buy the license you should have in the first place.
  3. You are not including the windows license, the fact that you will be paying 2 separate delivery charges, or the fact that the prebuilt comes with an additional year of warranty on all components.
  4. You should set motor torque to 0 when braking. Otherwise you will apply a braking force but continue to apply power whilst braking.
  5. What exactly did you install of the optional components? VS has a sql server environment that can be installed, but that is a huge resource hog especially when you only have 8gb of ram.
  6. Yes there is a way. Go to the burger menu (top right) then "my activity streams" click "content I posted in" and scroll to the bottom and you'll see an RSS button. You can use that link to input the data into whatever you want as it is just XML, it also has links in there so you can get the RSS of the subpage that will contain your posts. Thats as structured as you'll get without having DB access.
  7. The NVv3 series VMs in azure are gpu optomized VMs and can be used for streaming games. That's literally one of their advertised uses. (Insert anchorman "I don't believe you" gif) I have no idea how well it would work or what the lag will be like but it's free for the first 12 months with a new azure account so give it a whirl. (Just realised that MS May not offer the NV tier as part of the free offer, but check it out anyway)
  8. Are the GPU power connectors plugged into the same cable? If so you could be drawing too much power from a single rail, try using two separate cables from the PSU and see if it makes a difference (try different ports/cables once or twice to be sure).
  9. And to be clear we are also including notepad in this.
  10. Nope, I had a 2002 S2 (the first edition of the S2) and it was £12k when I bought it used. That's what my friend paid for their new Renault clio at the time, to give you an idea of equivalents. Don't buy new cars, buy them used and have some fun!
  11. I always wanted a Lotus Elise, so I bought one and daily'd it for 2 years and 60k miles. Best car I ever owned, so easy to handle in the snow, pretty fast point to point and went around roundabouts at 60mph like most cars go around at 30. I sold it for 2k more than I paid for it which is why I encourage everyone to just buy one. If you can afford to service a Toyota corolla you can afford to service an Elise.
  12. I can't even get a 3080 in my country even if I wanted to pay the $1200-$1600 list price...yes people are buying at $1600, it's absolutely insane.
  13. Google keep also allows you to sync between accounts. I have my notes in it and a shared shopping list with my wife. She can add things she forgot to the list as I'm shopping and I'll see it pop onto my list.
  14. Sign up for MS azure for free. Load up the free VM with visual studio and bobs your mothers brother.
  15. Response is not defined outside of the function which is why you get that error when you reference it.
  16. You don't need to do any extra work for a Ps4 controller to work on windows 10. You plug it in via USB and then it just works. I know because I've just got one. You only need to install more software if you want the track pad to work, but you have a mouse, so why bother.
  17. Which is the tool mentioned in the link I posted.
  18. Thats not correct. If you build them as embedded resources then it is possible. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/96732/embedding-one-dll-inside-another-as-an-embedded-resource-and-then-calling-it-fro
  19. In Visual Studio just reference the dlls in your project. When it is built into a library it will include all of the referenced libraries as well.
  20. Bottle neck calculation is easy. Have you got a shitty CPU? Then thats the bottleneck. Shitty GPU then that's the bottleneck. Got a decent CPU and GPU and want to know what's the bottleneck? Why? Just play your games, they all run great.
  21. If you are thinking about buying it also check out the chg70. It's basically the same spec monitor, very little difference in price, but has 350 nit brightness with a 600nit peak with HDR and supports more colours (30bit rather than 24bit). The jg56 has 300 and no hdr.
  22. Can't you just share your "legitimately downloaded movies and TV shows" folder on the network? Or is this not running locally?
  23. There's an app for android called droidcam that allows you to hook up your phone via USB and use it as a webcam. The free version works perfectly and it might be a better (easier) solution if you have an android phone.
  24. OP asked how to install iso, mounting in windows 10 is how to do it without 3rd party software. If you need it on removable media just copy the iso to the drive and then mount the iso from the removable drive. That's really the easiest way. It's 2 clicks for mounting, 4 if you want it on a removable drive. Just loading the 3rd party program is 2 clicks on its own. I don't personally understand why anyone would install extra software to do this.
  25. Windows 8 and upwards. Right click the ISO and select mount.
