For those who have the same problem, I fixed it I guess?
I opened the terminal, used gnome-control-center power. Opened the power settings, turned off the Lock and the automatic suspend thingy. All good now  

I'll buy a new can of compressed air, cuz appreantly the one I got is out, and clean the pc tonight, I'll post the results. In the meanwhile, I'll run the memtest for a couple of hours, I hope to god the RAM and everything else is good. 

Update: I tried it, first time with 1 stick of ram and igpu. It gave me 2 long beeps. Connected the cpu fan and hdd, no beep, booted to windows. Now I connected everything, booted to windows normally thank god. Till now no problems. Thank u all for helping me. Really appreciated

Shut down the PC and try booting with iGPU. That means, connect to the graphic card of your motherboard and see if it boots. If everything boots ok, then the GPU might be your problem. 

Funny enough, first gpu fan was touching a wire. Shut down pc, unplugged it, opened the case and while trying to push the small wire, somehow.. Eh... A small spill of spit fell down from my mouth to the mobo... Do i leave it for like 48 without touching it? Please help....

I got a Gtx 1050ti, messsed around with the settings and i'm able to play the game with almost highest settings with a constant 50-60 fps.. The guy who said get a better GPU clearly has no idea.
I'd suggest reinstalling the game or wait for some update from Rockstar.. 

I personally trust the BlueScreenView, accurate info when I had BSODs before. Since you fresh installed the windows, I'm guessing it's not a software prob but driver/hardware. Do you have another rig where you can try out your hardware? Do a Disk scan for potential storage issues. Get CrystalDiskinfo. 

I've started Python lessons in Codeacademy and it seems good, I'm learning new stuff I didn't know in python, it's not bad for a paid version. I'm also learning C# from youtube tuts. Using VS 2017 for that (although kinda slow cuz i only got 4 gigs of ram) but it's a good start.

Lol.... Keep the RAM and any part that can come in handy, and also gtx 1050ti and i7 7700k is hella fucking unbalanced.... Like jesus... 7700k is high end and it needs like a 1080/1070... GTX 1050ti isn't powerful enough. + If you want the 7700k you have to change the motherboard too... So what you can do, is get another AMD cpu with AM3+ socket because that's what your mobo supports. If you want to swap to intel (I would  ) you need to change mobo too... And in most cases, even RAM will have to be bought new... Saying that because when I check out RAM in amazon/ebay it specifies if its for AMD board or Intel Board. So do more searching before jumping on conclusions like your new pc wish. 

Buying used hard drives is a little like buying a used keyboard. Sure, it may look okay, but you don't know what God awful things were happening to it, but if you're on a budget then I guess buying a used one is not the worst thing. If you have a choice, buy a hard drive from a hot girl though (If you know what I mean )
