<Joke> Firstly, you'll need to get on your knees and pray to the Take Two Interactive Gods. And then you'll need to sacrifice your credit card so that they can see your devotion to their game and magically fix all your problems with it. </Joke>

In case you couldn't tell I was joking :P.

But seriously, have you tried re-installing the game?

I've heard of a few people who have stuttering issues on HDDs but I never experienced it when I played it.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

Excuse me? A GTX 1050 Ti is adequate enough to run GTA V at 1080p. Admittedly lower settings may be required to be able to play the game but this is not a graphical performance performance or fidelity problem.

What about disk usage whilst playing the game?

I got a Gtx 1050ti, messsed around with the settings and i'm able to play the game with almost highest settings with a constant 50-60 fps.. The guy who said get a better GPU clearly has no idea.

I'd suggest reinstalling the game or wait for some update from Rockstar..
