For stock applications the included cooler is so much better than the usual Intel stock cooler. You won't hear no whooshing from it.

also, I asked a friend about amd heat problems and he said that they are in fact gone with the last gen but there's another problem that prevents the cpu to work in a stable way which means that they have to disable at least 8 cores (presumpltly 16 cant work aren't stable) in order to work properly, is that actually true?

It's subjective

My friend had a 4k 60hz and ended up switching to 1440p 144hz. I use a 1080p 144hz and can definitely recommend it unless you're super big on high-res media. High frame rate helps a ton for gaming whereas resolution feels minimal to me.

1. It's normal for the LEDs to light up when there's power.
2. Seems like you messed up the front I/O connectors, consult your motherboard manual.
3. It may be USB power on or something, there's such a setting in BIOS.

Look for the "Q connector" and make sure all your power cables and such are lined up properly.

I can get a Xbox one x for $677(CAD) which is insane considering you can't even build a pc to compete with it in that price range. Now the reason im considering a console is because im tired of games not being optimized and being poorly ported to the pc like BO3 for example. Also dont wanna spend almost $1000 more just to build a pc which does literally the exact same thing as the xbox one x.(Rx 580) Would buying the new xbox really be that bad of an idea? NO BIAS ANWSERS PLEASE HAHA!

in that case keep the 800-850w psu, but make sure it's a good unit before buying.

as a note it's often better to get a better lower powered PSU than a higher wattage crap one.Same with efficiency's( 80+ gold,titanium etc.)

don't need an 800w psu at all, unless you're gonna do SLI/crossfire. what's your rig?
