Rip them to a video file on your PC using Handbrake then its straightforward to convert video to MP3.

If GPU is hitting 100% in games and reaching those temperatures then it's operating normally. 100% utilization means it's being used properly.

Yes. 100% utilization of a GPU is actually really good, the RX 580 is no slouch and your CPU has more than enough to give, so it's all good.

It seems like it's actually utilizing your GPU and that your CPU doesn't appear to be holding you back.

what about the cord? do you have another one you can try

And what about the PSU?
Try and remove the power plug (if any) from the graphics card and put it back.
Make sure the system is powered of before hand.

Yeah the Audio Technicas have a larger frequency response 5-40,000hz , higher ohm rating which allows for better contrasts, but makes it harder for normal hardware like phones, and normal PCs to drive them, they are also rated for 38 hours, also they have large 45mm drivers, which are great for those bass notes, and can take up to 1.5 watts of wired power but they only have a sensitivity of 103 decibels. (P.S. this headset also appears to have a more rugged metal frame, and can be connected via NFC rather than a laborious pairing process) 
 
The AKGs have a frequency response of 20-20,000hz (most of what you can hear any way, but that leaves out most of the low bass), a lower ohm rating of 32 ohms which is easily by phones and computers but has lower contrast level between loud and quiet notes, they are rated for 20 hours of normal use per cycle, they have smaller 40mm drivers (which reduce their effectiveness at low notes in comparison to the other headset), they are rated for 0.003 watts of wired power, and are ~10 times as sensitive to frequency changes at 113 decibels. (P.S. this headset is more aesthetically appealing and ~40 cheaper) 
 
I would recommend the ATHs if you prefer function over fashion and have a larger budget because they sound way better than their increase in price, and the AKGs if you prefer fashion over function and if you have a smaller budget.

bluetooth shouldn't be a bottleneck for quality unless you have a very old bluetooth version.
anything with bluetooth 4 and up is more than fine.
 
also it depends on the driver of the headphones etc.

An error may have formed in memory that dealt with something Windows needs for formatting, and thus not completing. 

Open a cmd prompt and use diskpart to clean the drive and then create the filesystem

Not to sound harsh, but this usually is nonsense...
 
The games do not run due to the gfx card. Only if the card is below the specs. And a 770 is quite above a 330. This is, due to being an older machine, perhaps a windows version issue?

Thanks, I've tried downloading a glide wrapper, or what I think was a glide wrapper, before but I needed to "create a patch" and I didn't know what I was doing haha. I've downloaded this one and it seems more promising. I'll give the game another try. Much appreciated.

Having two completely different graphics generally leads to problems.

The OS is installed in the hard drive, or in the SSD in your case, but no files were installed in like the CPU or the motherboard, so it is safe to replace one of those components, or even both. If some drivers could not be found, just search on the manufacturer's website, for example, if no drivers could be found for an NVIDIA GPU go to the NVIDIA website and look for them. Some manufacturers even have drivers available for the oldest of their computers.

Its completely safe to leave the OS. As long as its Windows 8 or 10 the OS will detect the new hardware and install needed drivers automatically.
