    I'd say go to a ryzen 5 1600 and a gtx 1060 3 gb because that has a lot better price to performance and the 1600 comes with a pretty decent cooler especially if you're doing light to no overclocking

    I realised you also don't have a hard drive listed. Do you already have one because if not a good value for 4k editing is https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822179009&cm_re=4_tb_hard_drive-_-22-179-009-_-Product but it ends soon and can take a lot of storage
