Yes, I don't do much ABS printing, but the seller threw them in as an apology after the first was DOA.
EDIT: It was likely DOA due to shipping damage, it arrived in pretty rough condition

No, motherboards for 8th and 9th gen only support ddr4.
As far as swapping over the boot drive, Windows has gotten pretty good at tolerating that stuff, you might have to uninstall some drivers, but it should work.

That_Dutch_Guy got a reaction from jj9987 in Do I Have To Downgrade BIOS for This BIOS Update
First of, P4.70 is newer than P3.40 so you don't have to downgrade.
Second, why do you want to update your BIOS?
Unless you are having issues, it's not recommended to do it.

One thing you could do with the motherboard is to put it in a state where is should give an error code and see if it behaves as expected then.
According to this link: https://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=286,
booting without any memory installed should give 3 long beeps and error code 53.

Depends, if you have content that can take advantage of 4:4:4, then potentially yes.

That_Dutch_Guy got a reaction from BensNo1Fan in Which 1080 to get?
Since you've got a mid tower, you won't need something like a mini
and (assuming you have enough airflow) you can easily get away with an open air style cooler.
Other than that, just pick you think looks good.

That_Dutch_Guy got a reaction from WoodenMarker in Air flow direction...?
I think that reversing the airflow isn't going to do much for you, as the cool air is now somewhat being pushed towards the fans of the card, whereas having the back and top fan as intakes would push the cool air over the back of the card.
I think this is mainly an issue of just not enough airflow through the case.
I would check the temperature inside the case and go from there.

I can't help you on this one, but for the future:
you can move games without deleting and reinstalling them. For each game you want to move: select properties of that game > local files > move install folder.
