Whichever one looks best when you look at your pc thru the tempered glass side.

 

Or whichever is cheapest.

and (assuming you have enough airflow) you can easily get away with an open air style cooler.

Other than that, just pick you think looks good.

 

As for the blower, I did want RGB, so yeah...

I would get the ROG Strix 1080. It has a backplate fitted already so you dont need to stare at the ugly PCB all the time. Plus the RGB is v sexy

What ever looks the best to you. If rgb is needed I know my strix had it. Not sure about my sc’s though. Tend to put blocks on mine anyway.
