    2+-3 = -1 2-+3 = -1 I am getting into Python and tried to google integer arithmetic but I could not find an answer why both operations above are -1. Both + and - have the same priority so there should be a different outcome Thanks .

    because the higher the frequencies goes the more power is required to achieve the same Mhz increase. It also creations a heat problem in addition. It is therefore easier to add more cores at relatively low fequencies instead of pushing the core frequency. Think about mobile devices too!

    Yes it is a nightmare. I swipe in the bottom left corner from app to app but it often does not work the way I want. I often have to close the app via home button and open the new one

    It is my only Apple product and I am already overwhelmed. It is just like Android for me where I do the basic tasks and hope that I do not open something accidentally like split screen Well done Microsoft your indoctrination worked

    yes pretty easily. My sister streamed with a i7 7700k + rx 480 for quite a bit. All you need to do is stream with your GPU. Just enable Nvenc as your codec in your streaming software (or use nvidia shadowplay)

    It makes sense for European users because 4 PM CST = 11 PM in Europe plus or minus one hour

    I had a similar issue a few month ago. I do use firefox. Old cookies caused the problem in my case so I deleted every paypal cookie. The new cookies work without any issues. I hope it was helpful

    Streaming moved away from cpu to gpu. The processor therefore does not matter

    Not really now that you mention it. It could be a market niche just like with twitch female streamers. Female streamers grew very fast the last years.

    Buying used makes the most sense. I am not from Australia but I would aim to find an i5 9th gen and use the rest of the budget to buy a used gpu. How are prices for the cpu? The goal would be to spend most of the budget on a gpu CPUs and GPUs rarely break and do not degrade so they are excellent used buy

    budget? Cpu & gpu &hdd could need an upgrade. The gpu is probably your biggest issue and should be upgraded first

    Silicon has different levels of quality. I assume they used the better quality for the 5900x, which is why it was possible to add two more cores with lower temps

    Sure, I have bought and sold a few cpus on ebay. Just make sure the seller has at least 95% positive rating

    dude it didn´t even reach 60°C. Anything below ~80°C while gaming is totally fine

    You provide your PC hardware (cpu & gpu) for science project. Researchers will run research projects on your hardware as long as their software is running.

    I myself have a 4790k and my sister 7700k so I can say that a 7700 is stille totally fine in 2020. The GPU however is pretty bad and will hold you massively back.
