    I assume C tries to interpret the unitilized bit value at the location as an integer? Because a string value would be an error

    You need to initlize the variable a with an integer, which means add a value. a as it stands is uninitilized and has no value. You can therefore not use it. Also please add return 0 at the end of every c main to end the program. There are other ways but this is best practice. It just shows that wenn your program ends with 0, than it ran successfully.

    Keep in mind that just running a stresstest for a few minutes stable means nothing. I have seen it fail after 24 hours. for comparison: My i7 7700k uses the same architecture and runs on 1.37v

    Your choice by 71°C during a stresstest is way to low oc in my opinon. There is quite a bit more room. You should however only oc as much as you feel comfortable.

    86°C is totally fine while stressing. That is to be expected. Intel shuts down at 100°C so you have quite a bit of room. Keep in mind that a stresstest is the worst possible case and not realistic in everyday use. 1.25v is way to low. You wont achieve a good oc this way.

    It is optional I never bothered except if you use programs that heavily use the avx instructions. I believe it is mostly used in rendering and programs like adobe premiere. I would not worry if you only game or stream

    I am not from the UK but thatˋs how its also done in Germany. The delivery company will transport the package to a shop if you can not pay the delivery man. The shop wonˋt give you the package either without paying. There is no way around paying as the government wants their share. Your only hope is that the manufacturer/seller reimburses you later.
