    1st "con" = cunt

    2nd "con" = it is stupid

     

    IMO, it would translate to something like "dummy, those consequences are stupid"

     

    I could be wrong though! Not used to all of France's lingo and expressions.

    French : those words all mean something different but are pronounced the same way (kind of) : est, et, ai, ait, aient, haie, hé, ais (probably missing some).
