If you are using beta drivers for your gfx card, revert to the latest WHQL version. It seemed to have fixed my problem on other games.

Tbh, I don't think you should actually punch him as the outcome will be much worse for you rather than him. Talk to someone at the school and try and see if you can do some sort of awareness where people of a different cultural background are just the same as anyone. When i was in secondary school (high school) our motto was 'All Different, All Equal', and once they started raising awareness of this, racism kinda died down. It will always be there but you have to try and find ways to not let it get to you.

I use a blackberry 9700 and guess what?....I barely last a day even though i only use it for the occasional calls and text. To add to that, blackberry's implementation on how to preserve battery when the phone is on it's last legs is to shut off the radio and wifi and you can't even take pictures! At that point it's like my phone is trying to troll me by saying i'll stay on but you can't use me.  
 
Anyway smartphone manufactures really need to pay attention preserving battery whilst they figure ways to advance technology.
