Go to Microsoft's website, and they'll tell you how to do it with a USB Flash drive.

Fsborges00 reacted to Tagiau in Uhhh, help please
Using an iso you can burn it to a thumbdrive using something like rufususb. Then once that is done you just have to boot from the thumbdrive.

Fsborges00 reacted to RazrLeaf in First ever pc case!
Enough for a 970 and 4690K. Those components don't throw off that much heat. The CPU may run on the warm side, but it doesn't dissipate that much heat. It's the inherent design of Haswell that causes high-ish temperatures.

I got the gigabyte 5 its been good. The software is fine, Asus does have better fan software. I have a audio error at start up but, it's a easy fix and doesn't do anything bad that I noticed. The gigabyte 3 and five I think have better vrms than the sli.

The one you chose is a nice board. Dont worry, at certain price points, they're all really similar.

Thanks for answering ALL my questions! -
Fsborges00 reacted to Lotus in Best gaming CPU from $250 to $300?
You don't even need a big case. You just have to make sure your motherboard supports SLI, your PSU is sufficient to power both, and that your PSU has the right connectors (or else use horrible molex adapters).
Heat isn't really a problem with the right cards. Even an S340 will be fine in a dual GPU setup with just its two stock fans.

Fsborges00 reacted to LegacyStijncat in 2 way SLI or... Not?
And on the other things you asked (because everyone stopped reading):
An SSD is better in every way than a HDD, only more expensive. People tend to get an SSD with low capacity and put their OS on it, and their files on a big HDD. This will ensure amazingly fast boot-up times etc.
Liquid cooling is a possibility, but not yet. People are better with starting off with air cooling. Graphic cards come with 2+ fans when getting them from Gigabyte, EVGA, ASUS and MSI, so you will be fine without liquids.

Thanks for the summary, I will look more in depth in Amd cards -

Also, dear AMD fanboys:
Yes, Nvidia should've doublechecked and the 3.5 gb thing is an issue. Just look at the card as a 3.5 gig card.
I am an Nvidia lover though, because their drivers do not tend to explode every 24 hours (you can't deny that the AMD drivers are unstable).
But this guy asked if SLI would be a good idea. Did he ask for suggestions on AMD cards? Please go away if you're not answering his questions.
