I would definitely recommend waiting until mining goes down as gpus are super inflated right now. Vega is also right around the corner so you may want to wait for it too.

Yes, the hinge on G4ME ONE looks similar to HD558s. G4ME ZERO definitely looks more durable but I don't like the ear cushions they have.

Hard to say. I had an opportunity to try the HD650s before I bought them, the HD558s I bought based on reviews and hope that they will be good.
I never tried the Zeros or Ones but I know that I prefer the open back headphones as I prefer better soundstage over bass, so I would go for the ones that are closer to HD558 (they had plastic hinge but it was abuse-resistant, they even fell on the ground without a scratch several times).

That comes down to personal preference. I can drive my HD650s from my motherboard but everything had to be at 100% volume, those are 300Ω headphones.
The game Zeros are only 50Ω like my HD558s before which were perfectly fine running from the onboard sound card.

You don't even need an amp for the Zeros, it will be okay.

Wow I just realized you were using EthPool instead of Ethermine. You should definitely use Ethermine instead, it's a better payout scheme for smaller miners.

That'll be bottlenecking your gpu. Try running benchmarks like firestrike from 3dmark. It has a section that tests just gpu, so you'll know if it's working properly with that. 

very certain it's a big cpu bottleneck. you'll need at least an i5 for that 1070. 

You graphics card is being bottle necked
You need to upgrade your processor
