There's a moron at my work who insists on jumping in at every opportunity to "help" people with their tech problems, even though his computing skills are mediocre at best. Or he likes to solve problems that don't exist. Oh and his breath smells.

If Photoshop is heavily used, then an i7-7700K is probably a better choice than an R7. I don't believe illustrator is multithreaded so an Intel core would likely offer better performance.

Not clear if storage needs to be included. So I left it out.

Tbh study is never wasted as most of the life/study skills you develop from it as well as experience of the expectations of work at that level will always be transferable to another subject even if the material you studied isn't related.  For example I trained in IT support but I now work in Finance.  The skills that transfer well are problem solving, numeracy, dealing with large clients and budgets etc

So I wouldn't worry at all especially if it's a while away, try things out see what you like before making a decision.

Things like "helping others" is good information to put on your resume as it equates to life experience. I perhaps would also include how you would look to further your knowledge and experience in computing. As a young person its good to show that you are keen to carry on learning.

Its a bit dark but the cable management doesn't look terrible at all. If you can't really see it and it doesn't affect air flow too much then its not really a problem.

You could group the graphics card cables together so they have more of a flow, also something I did in my R4 was to stuff some cables into the 5.25 bays.

I use the M65 to play BF4, and other games. I've logged 250 hours of gameplay with it, and i really like it. It's smooth, good looking, and provides a grip that, too me, feels perfect. (It's not too skinny, or too short)

With that said, the FPS button is a gimmick. The placement is just wrong for it to be used during actual gameplay. So definitely don't let that be your deciding factor.

I dislike anything that has excess shapes and unnecessary plastic. Do they hire 12 year olds to make computer cases? Or is that the market?

Im not sure what the thread creator is talking about, Fractal is one of the few companies that understand that not everyone wants a case that looks like a cheap sci fi movie.
