    you can add a fan to you cpu block that would help. people also say a fan at the back of the mb at the cpu also can help kinda like a backplate on a gpu. i think the problem here is mass and how much the cooler can do. it would have to handle all the heat from the center witch i guss dosent work witch leaves heat on the fins to heat soke. not only that the loss of past and surface's. it kinda has be dont on mb mb the use a laptop cpu and has this plate between the diy and cpu. maybe if you had like a delided cpu and a flat laped surface you could make it better but i dont no.

    Aquacomputer Airplex rads there the worst rad you can buy... all because the threads will spin... Black Ice Nemesis 560GTX are probly fine

    ok so i think i got it backwards my bad. looks like the cpu it too powerful i think? witch would be fine for futcher upgrades i guess. could also be that pcores and ecores use different % and there displaying the wrong one with msi afterburner? regardless you would be wasting moeny i cant exsplane how water cooling works and why some needs filling up more often then others. im guessing its heat but i dont no. tdp is not the things to use. my dads old system (i5-3570K oced with 2x 360 and d5 pump) thow that was just the cpu not gpu) and his custom loop went 2 years with no matnace well i heard others having to refill there loop like once a week?

    op dose not want to do maintenance so not recommending a custom loop... an aio is the only thing the can kinda cool it even then its iffy and may not use the full cpu just because your taking university-level computer-science courses dose not mean your right. all the reviews say that the 14900K cant max out the 4090... no idea were you got that they say they dont... the 4090 is the fastest gpu out there of cores it would beat the 4080... i dont want to keep saying the same thing over and over thats not what i want to be doing all im going to say about this. i get my facts wrong too all the time im getting older and hard to remember things... ill point this out its ok to buy a 4090 IF your going to upgrade cpus...

    thats not how it works...and i never said it wont work it just a wast of moeny and op dose not want to to any matnace. no cpu upgrades. built it and forget it. it would stay cool and quiet well the cpu runs balls out 100% all the time. witch is a hot cpu and most likely kill the aio much faster. since they dont want to upgrade it be better buying a gpu that gets used 90% (dont no what that be)

    no no matter what app you use the gpu will be 50% even at 4k. the cpu is too weak to send enough stuff to the gpu to make it work...

    you dont buy a 4090 to do stocks... a13900k and 2060 is a better pair i think you missed the point... with the 4090 and 14900K the gpu will staty at 50% used for the 5+ years

    starbound was one that i can think of. thought they were making Stardew Valley 2... astroneer is fun. waiting for sea of stars on switch physical copy... moonliter is a fun and kinda short rpg i guess fez is a puzzle platformed i think Celeste is a platformer oxygen not included kinda a rts fallout shelter also kinda a rts i guess i think they made it for steam as it was a app only game for a bit.

    £200 is about $333 Canadian and $211 usd this is what i would do i go here look up the gpu and then go to ebay. i keep doing that tell i find the best for the best price or with in your range. some times there really good deals and some times nothing... some times you might find a gpu that might have something miner wrong with it like broke fan or something thow can be the best deal. amazon has used stuff to but probably way more then ebay...

    i think the 14900k still bottle necks the 4090 so you will need to replace the cpu to get the full power of the 4090 anyway...

    ai is already being used and if your talking about ai say powered tanks probably all ready a thing. but i mean they will still use people first before using the ai... as there cheap... yes were are at a point were alot of jobs can be replaced so people are not really needed anymore. ill leave it at that. but i mean why not just make an asic for ai then?

    is a smash tournament. basically the only one that still uses consoles and is like a lan. i guess there gdq too but you watch people play. random people have tournaments at house too... there some good documents on youtube about it. is a big esprots thing and the only nintendo one at that thow Nintendo hates it. and can shut done tournaments... thow one problem with nerdy guys and girls is higeen me be lacking and they may be kicked from place...

    well im asking because things can cost way more if you have to buy parts apostoo different full pc. you need to buy the psu that works with the mb or that adapter to use atx psus and the oem psu can cost alot on there own... i have built 6 hp z400 and t3500 and i spent about $150 each(with 12gb ram w3670 cpu). but now you can get something better and faster for that amount of moeny... if you want to add a gpu in with oem psu only has 1 6pin and limited space to fit it. as for cooler i dont no some say 1366 cpu coolers fit some say it dose not fit. that is a thin pc so cpu cooler hight can be a problem. you can buy oem cooler and would be fine for that cpu. is this going to be a gaming pc? or just a web pc? Meltdown and Spectre virus you get by connecting to the net will eat away alot of the proformance you can disable it but they say it leave you Vulnerable even thow this is a virus...

    i do the same. mostly on ltt, amazon, ebay, and youtube... i game a bit and listen to music everyday on youtube. but i do like learning things dose not realty mater what it is. few days ago i learned potatop harvesting now just need to now how there planted... but i am addicted. reminds me of playing ut everyday after school and getting good at it...
