Hey there folks,
I am a 2nd year student planning my research project for a third year. I really want to focus on VR but I am struggling to come up with a project that would be interesting and time worthy to conduct. I had an idea to research boundaries of human emotions that we can hit with VR. Emotions such as fear, joy or sadness and how can we use VR to simulate those emotions. However I think my topic is too open and I would like to have a more narrow one. Do you guys perhaps have any aspects of VR you would like to be researched ? Doesn't have to be done with gaming, I have large amount of equipment and the possibilities are large.

Well it's at very basic stage now but I think it can become really really cool. They should add feature like music is playing while you are in lobby or in game warm up for example in counter strike and when the actual game begins music turns off automatically. I can see big potential with this.

It's not worth waiting for Ivy Bridge E at all, the performance is almost unchanged and the overclocking potential will likely go down, the same way it did from sandy to ivy on 1155.

They are removable.

H100i is a great cooler. If you want a 280mm rad corsair has the h110 but it doesn't come with the link software or the customize able LED on the block. 

no 60hz means it can show a maximum of 60 fps 120hz means it can show a maximum of 120fps and so on the clearness of the image depends on witch monitor you get

60hz means that the monitor does refresh it's image 60x / second.
Therefore if you are getting 60 fps [frames per second] you will have the ideal image.
You can get 120fps on a 60hz monitor, but the image quality will suffer and you will see tearing [lines / breaks in certain objects] due to more frames being put out than the monitor can ultimately process. [That's where Vsynch comes into play].

Depending on the CPUs, generally speaking no. PCIe 2.0 vs PCIe 3.0 does not matter.

Yes it will stream videos perfectly fine.

I will recommend upgrading your GPU to Radeon 7950.
