no the gpu is probably fine. it probably has more to do with a minor software inconsistency with your specific combination of hardware which results in........ an overly specific glitch that can only be seen by spamming the windows key. something small like a driver / bios / windows update is either to blame or is the solution for it. your gpu would need to be freaking out a lot more than that in regular usage to actually have a hardware fault.

your gpu temps are fine. It probably has more to do with the relationship between the software and age of the hardware. More than likely the game is expecting more cpu/ram/drive speed than you actually have and is resulting in hitches. while the game can run at 120fps in specific instances , not every aspect of the game can operate quickly on older hardware so the machine will have to play catch up every now and then.

Within a company you could have essentially the "publisher" and "developer" still. Just like the whole concept of "engineers vs marketing department" [with almost the real world case of RCA being the example]. You get the pencil pushers who come in and demand certain things, and the developers are stuck essentially doing that...so in this case there is still a potential the dev team might not have known/wanted it a certain way but the team in charge of essentially the numbers were the ones who pushed it. In general in regards to this case...I would be pretty mad. It will be interesting to see what the original terms were though, as how they define DLC...if they didn't really specify I could see a class action. Overall as well, I'm not 100% sure how to feel about this. If it were me, I would be mad, but at the same time if it is a greatly different feature set that changes gameplay itself I could see it as being not DLC, but at the same time it really sounds like it's in a whole grey area. After all, I'd argue a lot of DLC could also be considered a "feature" it's just about to what degree it is a feature. At the very least, I think those who had purchased the previous pack should have been granted a very small fee to also purchase it...as they are the whales and you really should pander to them more instead of making them feel ripped off.

Idle temps don't matter. No point taking the risk to repaste if load temps are OK. If GPU usage isn't maxed it's usually that the CPU can't feed it fast enough.

To be honest, this is just China being given a taste of it's own medicine, after decades of "IP theft under the guise of Chinese partnerships" The people in charge of Tiktok would rather shut it down than reveal the algorithm, which is extremely telling. I bet "the algorithm" tiktok is using is probably much more nefarious than we believe it to be.

That's the difficulty of audio. Beloved headphones don't sound amazing to everyone. I've demoed the legendary Sennheiser HD600 and HD650 headphones, and I don't vibe with the sound at all. I'm a huge fan of the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 80ohm. This specific model has more bass than the 32ohm and 250ohm variants. Despite being a closed-back headphone, it has a large soundstage. I wear it for everything. I don't like bright headphones (too fatiguing), so I probably would not like the DT 990 headphones at all.
