Of course the 4770k if you have the money. Even though people say you don't need the 4770k, I'd say go for it. Extra performance doesn't hurt.

My Gaming Rig;  Motherboard - ASUS Maximus VI Hero | CPU - Intel i5 4670k @4.5Ghz 1.25v | GPU - GIGABYTE GTX 980 @Stock | RAM -  16GB Corsair Vengeance @1866Mhz | CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i | Storage #1 - Samsung 840 Basic 250GB SSD | Storage #2 - Sandisk II 480GB SSD | Storage #3 - 2TB 7200rpm 64mb HDDPSU - Corsair HX750 | Case - Fractal Design R4 |

The second one, but don't get Formula if you don't want to fap on your PC, Maximus VI Hero is already a nice board with rich features, for almost half the price of the Formula. And get 1600Mhz CL9 RAM.

My rig: CPU: Intel core i5 4670K MoBo: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB 1600mhz CL9 GPU: EVGA GTX780 SC ACX SSD: ADATA Premier Pro SP900 256GBHDD: Western Digital RED 2TB PSU: FSP Aurum CM 750W Case: Cooler Master HAF XM OS: Windows 8 Pro

Will the 1600Mhz CL9 RAM be enough for gaming?

There is only 5 euro between 1600Mhz and the 2133Mhz

1600Mhz

That's a pretty good price, but if you OC your CPU you won't get more than 1600Mhz anyway. I say go for the 2133Mhz because the price is almost the same, but te diffirence will be minimal in most cases.
