Help me decide on a motherboard.

I'm having issues picking a motherboard both are similarly priced and speced. Your input would be appreciated. Its going to be my first current gen rig as I love working with PCs and I'm going into the IT field but my main rig has a Core 2 Quad. Also it may help to know that I'm going to get a i5-6500 and 1x8GB DDR4 RAM with it.
