Well I rather save for a full pc, since I only have a Dell Inspiron 560 has, Q8300, 4 GB of RAM, HD 5450, and is basically toaster..

Anyway it doesn't matter, I will never get the money for want I would like. I feel that life is hopeless right now. Depression is hitting me hard........

The Q3800 still has some life on it, so buy a new GPU for now and upgrade your motherboard and CPU later. I'd get a 950 for now ( http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx950m2gd5 ) and save the rest until you can afford a i5. You can even get the R9 380 4GB now if you can deal with waiting more until you get a processor.

Can't you just get a 750 ti or 950 for now? Your PC is being held bottlenecked by the turd of a 5450
