Trouble Uninstalling a Program

I've been having trouble uninstalling a program on my pc.  I go to the control panel then click on the program and click uninstall and then yes to confirm.  After that a little screen comes up and says that windows is configuring so called program.  Then the little screen goes away and nothing happens.  The program doesn't uninstall.  Am I doing something wrong?

Does the application have its own uninstall wizard? Have you tried restarting?

Try with 3rd party uninstaller. I can recommend IObits Uninstaller. Just don't do complete clean with it. Can mess stuff really badly.
