Flash drive transfer issues

UPDATE 2: After more attempts at solving, it seems shutting the laptop down for the night solved what ever issues arose.

Before moving large files to a 32 GB PNY flash drive, there were no issues. After moving large files to it, there were playback issues with all video files. I tried reformatting and deleting the partition with both comp mangr and CMD with no change. I then tried to change data system format from FAT32 to NTFS, but got an error and could not complete format change. What can I do to fix both issues? Many thanks in advance.

UPDATE: I tried moving the same files to another flash drive(note that said files are umm, peer shared) and had the same, not supported file type error when when attempting to play.
