Havent found a good vid on it, anyone know how or know a good tutorial? I need to move all my steam games to a new acc

Not any way that I know of where you can transfer games you already play to another account. You could gift it but that has to be done when you buy the game.

You can do family sharing. But you can't change ownership.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

But only if the games are supported. Some publishers don't allow family sharing

I don't have a single game that I'm family sharing where that has come into effect, so I'm sure that isn't a hugely occurring thing.
