I'm building a new PC in the coming week, and I'm trying to optimize my cooling while staying as quiet as possible. I'm going to be running:
Core i5 6600k : I'd like to overclock this past the stock speeds, not sure how feasible this is with my CPU cooler

Coolermaster Hyper212 EVO: Very well reviewed and inexpensive, will this be enough for moderate CPU overclocking?
EVGA P2650W PSU

MSI GTX970

4x Fractal Design GP-14: These are the fans that come in the case, I purchased 2 more.

I'm not sure what my optimal setup is regarding the case fan placement. I'm thinking maybe 1x Front intake, 1x Bottom Intake, 1x Rear Exhaust and either 1x Top Exhaust or an additional 1x bottom intake on the onboard fan controller. (Which I think only controls one fan. If it's multiples, I can do 2 intake 2 exhaust and set the exhaust fans to a lower rpm). I want to be able to overclock this machine while keeping it relatively quiet. What's my ideal fan placement setup?

Luke recently released a video about this topic, here

If you can, put the bottom fan as another fan in the front.

The Hyper 212 EVO should be able to keep the CPU cool while overclocked

If you do 2 in, 2 out. Do it with 2 front in and 1 rear out, 1 top out. You will be losing some silenciveness with having top cover removed. You would be fine with just 3 fans.
