Guys how good is this psu and how long it last? Also for any brands of psu wattage is 500-550 possible to run r9 270x,950-970 , r9280x ,290x,hd 7950-7990?

The Elite V2 kinda sucks. Go for an Antec High Current Gamer or XFX TS.

this series of PSU are made to run low power PCs

 

not for gaming rig

 

you should at least be looking at the VSM and V series

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
