$250-$300 Sound Bar/Subwoofer

Hey guys, I plan on getting a 43" 4k TV and Mounting it on my wall, but I would like a sound bar subwoofer combo as TV speakers these days are pretty horrid in quality. I'm looking for something around the $250-$300 range, and plan on wall mounting the sound bar and having the sub on the floor. If you can recommend something thats a little bit over budget, I will consider it. Thanks for all responses in advance!

I'm a huge fan of the Polk soundbar. You can find them anywhere from$150 on sale to upwards of $400 for the some the higher end models. I had a polk 5000 through work for a long time and it sounded incredible

For better sound I'd go with a set of speakers driven from a built in amp in a sub.
