been done before, heres my dream rig (few months ago i randomly thought "i wonder what the bigggest rig i could build is?")

custom case with 15 5.25 bays
basement reserved purely for the 560 rad
roof mounted 420 rad
the 2 power supplys go back to back (fans facing to the sides) just above the basement but under the board
 
Asus Z9PE-D8 WS DUAL SOCKET with any blue parts painted, dyed or anodized black
a 3.2TB ocz PCIe SSD |2800gb/s read/write
2x enermax 1500w platinum power supplys
2x Intel Xeon E5-2687W 8 core 16 thread (each)@3.1ghz| 32 threads
2x 6gb nvidia quadro 6000 cards for video rendering (though im guessing you can game on them to an extent?)
8x 8gb ddr1600 ECC ram stick| 64gb of ram
