screen turns off when playing with controller

hi. i have this problem that the screen turns off even when im still playing with *controller*. everytime i have to move my mouse when the display goes off.

 

how do i fix this issue? 

 

EDIT:

 

i dont want my screen to NEVER turn off because it still saves power if i go somewhere else for sometime and leave the pc on.

Only black screen actually saves power. But the problem is still in power settings or or rather how system sees controller inputs.
