Narrowed it down to the following Two. Opinions?

Alright, so I have managed to find the Kelvin S36 in Australia, I'm now wondering which the best for a Core i7-6700K, I will only be doing light-moderate over clocking if any. I do also plan on  building a custom loop in a couple of years but I will probably end up getting a bigger radiator and a larger case.

Corsair H110i GTX (280mm Radiator)  - $185 AUD

Fractal Design Kelvin S36 (360mm Radiator) - $219 AUD

Case - NZXT H440 Black/Red

Corsair H100i GTX

But I didn't list the H100i GTX..

Sorry, it was a typo.

All good, Reasoning for choice over the 360mm Radiator?

The H110i GTX has great ascetics, and would look great in the H440. Since you may only do moderate overclocking, I don't see a reason to spend more money for extra radiator space.

Ah Oki Doki, Thanks, That's what I was thinking but I've had mixed responses.

Wasting your time on the AIO if you happen to be one of the unlucky ones when the pump shits the bed then you have to RMA it and the software for link never works etc.

No chance in building a simple loop with used parts?

Possibly but.. Right now I'd rather go with an AIO because when I do build a custom loop I would like to make it a decent one and spend quite a large amount of money on it which is something I have very little of right now. Also my knowledge when it comes to building custom loops isn't the best..

Then you're better off saving up and researching than wasting loads of cash on an AIO unit you might only use for several months then leave sitting on a shelf, that is of course, if the pump doesn't shit itself before hand.

I will be giving the pump to my brother as I am custom building a system for him in the not too distant future.

Must be my age, I just don't see the point in dropping a load of cash on something that will last a few months before dropping more substantial cash on a custom loop.

I know but I am upgrading my core from an i5 2320 3.00GHz to the new i7-6700K 4.00Ghz which does not come with a stock cooler, I know I can buy an Air Cooler but in Australia we are getting into the hotter months and water cooling would be my best option. I also do not have a large amount of cash and when I do build a loop I would like a fancy one. :)

Water will only cool as low as your ambient temps, it performs better than air that is true but you need a large surface area to keep it as close to ambient as possible which the AIO will struggle to do anyway. Get the AIO by all means, I just think it's daft when a hyper 212 will do the same job for a lot less until you get your custom loop money and knowledge up to speed.

I understand what you are saying but my computer is struggling at the moment with air cooling and it's only Spring.

Just here to point out all 115x sockets have the same mounting. You can reuse the cooler if need be ;)

Yup, I know but I would like to custom loop because I want to cool the GPU as well :)
