May I ask where you plan on buying the motherboard from? Online or in-store (microcenter)?

Wanna hang out with me and people like @Theslsamg, @ Ssoele, @BENTHEREN, @Lanoi, @Whiskers, @_ASSASSIN_, @Looney, @WunderWuffle, and @nsyedhasan. Well.... Check out: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/48484-unofficial-linustechtips-teamschnitzel-server-teamspeak/

MSI is the only choice you have unfortunately, unless you wanna spend more on as ASUS makes black/red motherboards.

You don't need a good motherboard. Just pick one which supports Crossfire, 32GB RAM (potential upgrading). If you want red and black go for MSI but make sure it has WiFi and bluetooth built in! It can be a lifesaver to have it built in (speaking from experience of lack of Wifi and bluetooth built in).

If i may?

Why Windows 8.1?

Why the razer mouse?

Why the large SSD?

And why an OCable CPU?

MSI motherboards are not that bad, they're actually quite decent.

You can use 128Gb for OS! Honestly OCing gets 1-4% better. it's not worth it.

ok because i also heard some people sayinf that their motherboard caused bluescreen and they had to switch their board because something got destroyed

is it still easy to overclock on the asus board on like the msi one?

But im also going to put games on it. let say battlefield takes 40 gb! and a 128 gb isnt gonna be enough because im just talking about one game and i also want the oc'ble cpu that might make it a little bit smoother

Last I checked Battlefield hated OCed GPUs so make sure not to OC the gpu

I have my GPU OC and experience no problems with Battlefield, all stable.

That happens infrequently, maybe they had a bad board but there are not many cases like that. MSI is a reliable brand.

Well seeing as you have a budget of $150, the MSI. The Asus and MSI don't really have that MUCH of a difference. The Asus boards are only for looks in my opinion..
