so around Christmas this year lenovo will be releasing a new laptop series y700 and im a amd fan ( i know but the laptop cpus are terrible idc they are reliable as shit to me ) 

fx 8800p , r9 m385x and the y700  case price unknown?

or a hp pavilion 15z 

a10-8700p, r7m 360 600 usd

 

which should i get overall in that range of price

I would go with the fx8800p as it out preforms the a10-8700 and you would get a little more life out of the system.

i heard the y700 starts at 799.. sooo.

 

idk ill be looking but i need a laptop within this year.

Personally I'd still go with the lenovo over the HP. You can always pop in more ram and larger hard drives or ssd later but you can't upgrade the CPU or GPU. But if money is tight the HP is still a decent laptop.

money is always tight but im selling a few components and working i'm 17 so bills and stuff aren't really a problem
